This is the best dental practice hands down. Dr Heiss, and Dr Strober are personable, kind, and have a gentle touch. I have always had a fear of dentists, but this office put me at ease. Everyone is pleasant, the staff are always welcoming and inherently care about the patient. If you have any fears just try them once, you will quickly understand where im.coming from.

My aunt is a senior. She needs root canal treatment ASAP on both sides of her month and can’t wait for her HMO insurance appointment that’s at least 2 weeks later. She haven’t eaten solid food for 3 weeks. We were very concerned. We went online found Gentle Dental with very high quality reviews and decided we must give it a go. The front desk admins are very detailed, patient and kind and able to squeeze her appointment in 2 days later understanding my aunt’s situation is urgent because she’s in so much pain and been on liquid diet for so long. The entire staff team, each and every single one of them is extremely nice, gentle and shows true genuine human affection that they care! Dr. Strober is absolutely amazing! Love how down to earth he is. His professionalism and gentleness is very impressive. The whole office experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental to my love ones as I trust Dr. Strober’s expertise is spectacular!

I've been going to Gentle Dental for over 20 years. I visit every three months for a cleaning and also the occasional "issue." When you spend a half-hour or a full hour with anyone on a regular basis over time, you learn to trust them professionally and like them personally. That is the case here. Dr. Hart was my dentist for most of my time with this practice, but he recently retired so I am now with Dr. Strober. Both are excellent! Naturally, their work is impeccable. I never had to come back for a second visit to fix the same problem. But they are also sensitive to a person's comfort level with dentistry. I grew up with a strong fear of dentists -- which is hard to shake -- yet these guys set me at ease. Their chair-side manner is calming and assuring and their jokes aren't half-bad! (What else can you ask from your dentist?) Then there's my Hygienist, Tina. She's incredibly personable and engaging. After seeing her for nearly ten years, I feel like I'm visiting with a dear cousin. We have a lot of laughs and I get my teeth cleaned in the process! I love it! Next, a shout out to two members of the staff. Adele works in billing. She's been there the whole time I've been going and has worked magic for me when finances were tight. She's tough but fair! Much appreciated, Adele!! Then there's Maggie, Dental Assistant Extraordinaire! She's the Doctors' second set of eyes and hands and is always fun to catch up with. The place is always clean, the equipment well maintained and the staff is awesome. If you're shopping for a dental practice, check these guys out. ~ Ahrre

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing experience. I was in need of a specialist for my dental need and found them thru a Google search. After reading their reviews, compared to others, I gave this place a call...and yes, they deserve all the stars. I would highly recommend to anyone with a specific need or regular. Caring, professional, knowledgeable + experienced staff. I hope their office never change bc I plan to get my insurance changed so my family can become regulars 😆.
