Im so happy I went and asked for information of this Dental office. From the start I had nothing but a positive experience. Everything has been seamless and easy. I have had 3 different experiences with 3 other dental offices over the past 5yrs. My experience here put those in the rear view mirror. Brianna is a top notch hygienist with excellent tidbits to keep my teeth healthy. She was gentle but also firm in my cleaning. She guided me with all that was going to be done at my appointment. I felt very comfortable and at ease. If you are looking for a dentist, please come here. The Dentist is amazing. The staff are super sweet.

I have been going to Gentle Dental Care, LLC for over 20 years. The staff is very competent, friendly and professional. Dr Strober is knowledgeable, caring and efficient. I would highly recommend this Dental experience. I had my dental cleaning with Tina. She does an amazing job! Tina is caring, patient, knowledgeable and an excellent hygienist.

There is only one word to describe this dental office. Fantastic!! From the caring and compassion from all the hygienists and dentists to the front end staff making you feel welcome and at home. Dr Hiess is the absolute best. Not only is she knowledgeable and explains everything in full detail, she also has a great sense of humor and knows how to make you feel relaxed in the chair.I always have complete confidence and trust in her plan of care.Dr Hiess and the entire staff make you feel like you are part of their family. I can not express the gratitude and love I have for this office!!! I have been petrified of the dentist since I was 8, so when I seen “Gentle” in a simple google search, I called ASAP. From the first phone call, this place felt different. When I came in and got my treatment plan, I was so overwhelmed with the decay I had in my mouth, I was like how can we ever get all of this done? Dr Heiss told me we would get through it and boy did we. Dr Heiss is so awesome and caring. MUCH LOVE!!! Gentle Dental is like family to me now. I believe I had about 9 visits in 3 months and each one was handled with care and compassion. I want to thank everyone here for helping to get my teeth back in great shape. If I could give 1000 stars I would. Thanks so much for everything!!!

I am terrified of the dentist as I’ve had terrible experiences as a child. I 2 received 2 wisdom teeth extractions and was beyond anxious and scared. Dr. Heiss assured me I had nothing to worry about and she was right. I felt absolutely nothing! Not even the needles as she used the numbing cream as well. There was no pressure, only my head moving side to side lol. Her assistant was also great. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience turned out to be the complete opposite
