When I needed a lot more than a cleaning, Dr. Hiess detailed the plan of action, what to expect Re: healing, follow ups. The front office checked my insurance coverage before starting. Then Dr. Heiss talked me through each step while performing the procedure, managing my expectations and pain levels. The Doctor showed interest in me beyond my being a patient so I always felt welcome, more than a number. I know there are jokes about going to the dentist, and sure you’re in pain when there so things can be unpleasant, but Gentle Dental dispels those in how you’re cared for by staff and Doctors.

I was taken in on an emergency visit and in so much pain. They made comfortable from the start and had everything explained to me before, during and after my work was done. I felt safe and confident that my needs were being met and at any time I could call and the dentist would help me after I left. The dentist called me the next day to check on me and spoke to me like a friend would. Gentle Dental and their entire staff are nothing short of amazing on every level.
