As far as Dentist offices go, this place makes you feel comfortable coming in every 6 months for a cleaning and a checkup. I have been coming here for years and the service has been awesome. Dr. Strober and the entire office team understand the importance of providing great customer service.

01/28/2026: Long-time patient here at Gentle Dental Care since 1991 ... recently, I had a dental crown that came loose the night before I was to meet up with friends for a lunch reunion to celebrate the New Year. Called up early the next morning, and I was able to get a 10:50 AM appointment. The good news ... the crown was still good and functional! (Note: I have this crown since 1993.) Thanks to Dr. Strober and his professional staff, a x-ray was taken and my loose crown was re-cemented without any issue. I was finished in no time - thereby allowing me to attend the lunch reunion on time as planned. Kudos to Gentle Dental Care for taking care of my urgent dental situation with their GREAT service as always! 04/22/2026: Just over a year ago, X-rays show an existing infection to a back molar tooth with some bone loss to it. To prevent the infection from spreading to other teeth and further bone loss, a full extraction of the tooth was recommended – even though I did not feel any pain from the infection. During my latest 6-month check up at Gentle Dental Care, despite continuing to feeling no pain, X-rays still show the need to extract the tooth which was being caused by a localized root infection. However, Dr. Strober then suggested that an alternative treatment option may be used to address my infected tooth issue. Rather than a full extraction of my tooth, I agreed to have a surgical dental procedure done – called “tooth hemisection” which would involve the removal of the one root that has been the source of the infection. The other root of the tooth was still healthy. With local anesthetic being applied, this surgical procedure took only about 30 minutes and was a complete success as I was told! And much thanks to Dr. Strober and his long-time assistant Maggie, I was able to go home happy and rest from my latest visit to the dental office – knowing that my tooth was able to be preserved, in lieu of a full extraction. A follow-up visit with Dr. Strober has been scheduled in two weeks to make sure that all is going well. In the meantime, for other patients who may facing the same dental issue as I did, they may be a good candidate for the same alternative treatment. If so, they can visit Gentle Dental Care and find out.
