Everyone is kind and very professional. The clinic has adjusted to Covid-world - I called once I got there for my appointment, and they were ready for me to come in right away, and screening and temp check was done. The staff donned complete PPEs - masks, gloves, cap and jacket. They have even added equipment and extra procedures to make sure the room and equipment are all sanitized. This is my first time at the clinic and I came in for a general dental check-up. My dental hygienist was very kind and gentle on my teeth. All of my questions were answered clearly and professionally, even my questions about insurance and co-payments. Unlike other clinics I've been to, they did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Overall I am very impressed, hence 5/5.

There was no waiting when I arrived. New safety procedures were explained and appropriate PPE were worn by all. All-in-all it was not as intimidating as I expected.
