My brother is special needs. I could hear how kind the dental hygienist was talking with my brother and how he was interacting with her. My brother has anxiety when going to appointments like this and the kindness she showed put him at ease and made me so appreciative of the great experience he had. The world needs more people in it like her and I hope Gentle Dental knows how lucky they are to have her. If any out there has a loved one with special needs I highly recommend bringing them for dental care to Gental Dental. Thank you, Tom Lanza

I’ve been going here for years, and Tina is the best dental hygienist. The whole staff here is so incredible.

If the patriarchy ever tries to stage a coup on my molars again (it already tried once), I’m sending it straight to this dentist’s office, where an ingenious team of women is quietly saving dentistry from the cosmetic‑spa takeover through clinical excellence, empathy, and wit. They explain every procedure with calm clarity. I always leave with teeth so clean, and my mood lifted that I’m still happy about it days later. Gentle Dentle is what democracy and civic trust in healthcare look like: quiet, principled resistance to dehumanizing systems, with good lighting and framed art of the Statue of Liberty. If only I could find a dermatology practice with such excellent Hippocratic ethics! They listen, treat you with full human dignity, and replace gaslighting and minimization with honest, respectful care. Here, my gray hair and laugh lines are celebrated, not scrutinized. Five stars. If you want a dentist who respects your bite and your existential right to age while eating curry daily with dignity, this is the place.
