My brother is special needs. I could hear how kind the dental hygienist was talking with my brother and how he was interacting with her. My brother has anxiety when going to appointments like this and the kindness she showed put him at ease and made me so appreciative of the great experience he had. The world needs more people in it like her and I hope Gentle Dental knows how lucky they are to have her. If only I could find a dermatology practice with such excellent Hippocratic ethics! They listen, treat you with full human dignity, and replace gaslighting and minimization with honest, respectful care. Here, my gray hair and laugh lines are celebrated, not scrutinized. Five stars.
