There is only one word to describe this dental office. Fantastic!! From the caring and compassion from all the hygienists and dentists to the front end staff making you feel welcome and at home. Dr Hiess is the absolute best. Not only is she knowledgeable and explains everything in full detail, she also has a great sense of humor and knows how to make you feel relaxed in the chair.I always have complete confidence and trust in her plan of care.Dr Hiess and the entire staff make you feel like you are part of their family. I have been here many times and always left with excellent results on the work they have done on my teeth.I highly recommend them to anyone for their dental care.

I can not express the gratitude and love I have for this office!!! I have been petrified of the dentist since I was 8, so when I seen “Gentle” in a simple google search, I called ASAP. From the first phone call, this place felt different. When I came in and got my treatment plan, I was so overwhelmed with the decay I had in my mouth, I was like how can we ever get all of this done? Dr Heiss told me we would get through it and boy did we. Dr Heiss is so awesome and caring. MUCH LOVE!!! Gentle Dental is like family to me now. I believe I had about 9 visits in 3 months and each one was handled with care and compassion. I want to thank everyone here for helping to get my teeth back in great shape. If I could give 1000 stars I would. Thanks so much for everything!!!

I am terrified of the dentist as I’ve had terrible experiences as a child. I 2 received 2 wisdom teeth extractions and was beyond anxious and scared. Dr. Heiss assured me I had nothing to worry about and she was right. I felt absolutely nothing! Not even the needles as she used the numbing cream as well. There was no pressure, only my head moving side to side lol. Her assistant was also great. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience turned out to be the complete opposite

I have been visiting this dental office for 2 years now. Dr. Strawber is great, very patient, knowledgeable with superb bedside manners. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and helpful! I had a dental cleaning today and Erin did an amazing job. I wasn’t hearting and my teeth were visibly whiter when she completed the cleaning. She is very knowledgeable and has just the right amount of wit to keep your mind off the procedure.Strongly recommend this place for your dental needs.

The best! My family and I have been patients of the practice for many years. Services are excellent, the staff is very friendly, professional, compassionate and competent. The dentists are superb technically, great people and don’t oversell work needed.

This place is amazing. My whole family goes there. The Hygienist was very personable and nice. Her cleanings are very thorough. The dr. was the same. It’s a great place overall. I would recommend this place to anyone. They don’t take my insurance but I will pay out of pocket because it is so hard to find a good dentist.
