My wife and I had an amazing experience at our visit today. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and well versed with all my insurance questions. The office flows in a punctual manner, there was virtually no wait time for our appointments. The hygienist Jill provided a thorough and gentle cleaning; my wife has dental anxiety and Jill was able to keep her calm and comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Strober is great at explaining the treatment we both need and is very caring. Overall, I would recommend this practice.

When you have to go to a dentist , you go to the BEST! That's just what you get when you go to Gentle Dental. This dental office is absolutely fantastic. As soon as you walk in and are greeted at the front desk you know you are going to have the best experience. Because I was having some problems with a prior dentist, I came back to Gentle Dental because I knew it would be corrected properly. I met Dr Heiss and she immediately put me at ease She made me feel so comfortable, and just listening to her explain what had to be done I knew the problem with the tooth would be fixed. She was so personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Natalie, her assistant, was also so helpful and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable , and even joked with me as they were working on my tooth. Everyone , including the office staff, are always so friendly and helpful and make you feel so welcome.If you are looking for all around excellent dentists, this is the place to go.

This was my first time here and I had the best experience ever! No long wait time, Kiana was so caring and lovely and so was Dr. Heiss. I had 2 crowns removed and they made me feel so calm and encouraged me throughout the procedure. They were so kind and not judgemental about anything. I simply loved my experience and would love to go there again for any future needs.

Reassuring Service like no other !! Definitely the only dentist I’ll be going to from now on !!!
