Dr Michael Hart attends 35 Year Dental School Reunion

Dr Hart is in the back row, far right, with his colleagues from the Class of 1980. Dean Christian Stohler is in center, (with a finger pointing.)
Dr Hart graduated from Columbia School of Dental Medicine, in New York City. The Dean updated the alumni as to the new methods of educating students. The school has upgraded to have fully digital academic and clinical facilities. Students learn to operate with digital dentistry, Invisalign, implants, and there are many interdisciplinary programs linking dentistry to other programs at the Medical School and School of Public Health. The dental program includes the first 2 years in the Columbia Medical School. The second two years focuses on team work and clinical patient care. The Columbia School of Dental Medicine was one of the first dental schools in the United States, but is in the vanguard of oral health advances. Current research includes the use of stem cells for craniofacial reconstruction, and the link between oral health and systemic health.
In parallel, Gentle Dental Care, LLC in Edison, NJ has continually upgraded its facilities to become fully digital, and provide the most modern services to our patients, but with a gentle touch and a friendly approach.
