Dr. Mark I. Messer, DDS, FAGD, MAGD
Mark has achieved the coveted Fellowship (F.A.G.D.) and prestigious rank of Mastership (M.A.G.D.) in the Academy of General Dentistry. Less than one percent of all dentists received this Mastership award.
Mark has also been awarded the Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition (L.L.S.R.) in the Academy of General Dentistry. This recognition honors members who have attained Mastership status, continue to volunteer professionally, act as leaders in the dental community, and further their education. Only a handful of dentists in the United States and Canada have received this prestigious award.
Mark is participating in numerous continuing education courses. These newer techniques and information allow him to provide his patients with the most advanced quality dental care. In addition to General Dentistry, he concentrates on restoring implant cases.
Mark graduated at the top of his class from Howard University College of Dentistry. He is a member of the Academy Of General Dentistry, 3rd Millennium Study club, P.A.G.D. Peak Study Club, American Dental Association, N.J Dental Association, and Middlesex county Dental Society. He is on staff at J.F.K Hospital, where he supervises the dental residents.
Mark grew up in Freehold, NJ. He and his wife Lynn have been married 29 years. His son Philip, is a Dentist in the Morristown area and his daughter Tracy, is a teacher at the Lexington School for the Deaf in Queens, NY.
Mark enjoys playing racquetball and is an avid Bruce Springsteen fan. With 30 years of clinical and practical experience, he continues to provide superior quality care with an emphasis on his patients’ comfort.
